DrumMaking and
Journeying Workshops

Come join us in Charlotte, NC to create one of the most powerful sacred tools of all-the drum. We'll begin the process by giving you a course in the care and feeding of drums, better known as, "Drums, Drumming, & DrumMaking 101." Then, through ceremony, the group will create a sacred portal using musical meditation, drumming and smudging in which all participants will begin to feel what a powerful tool for self empowerment they are about to create. Next you will learn how to journey to see and feel the medicine of your drum in the etheric. After this you will begin to physically create your drum.

You will be creating your drum from elk, moose, horse, bear or buffalo hide with a maple wood frame. The style we teach to lace your drum to the frame is very strong and evenly distributed to give a more durable and lasting voice with less fluctuation.

The drum will look something like this:

Our intent is to provide you with a step toward your own empowerment and bring you closer to the fulfillment of your Divine Purpose. Thus, completing your Circle.

So be ready to do lots of release work in this class. By bringing that which is unmanifest into the manifest, you break through the barriers that keep you from achieving your Heart's Desires. You bring a stick for a beater and we will provide everything else you need. And best of all, through laughter, joy, music and song you'll create a beautiful drum and beater that you can play with pride. Come on. Join us! It will be fun and enlightening!
